Our Easter Trail is a multi-sensory re-enactment of the events of Holy Week, beginning with Palm Sunday and ending with the Resurrection of Jesus. Our 2011 trail attracted over 500 local school pupils.

Pupils visit six “stations” which enable them to enter into the Easter story and to reflect on ideas such as sacrifice and hope. It is suitable for pupils from Key Stages 1 and 2. For more details or to book please contact us.
Easter Trail is available from the Gloucester Diocesan Resource Centre.
"The Easter Trail was great. The pupils could build on lots of information that they already knew and connect it with our Roman topic, our work on Passover and the life of Jesus as an adult. The clay cross making was a great way to consolidate the symbols in their heads."
Y4 Teacher, Westbury Park School

“…it has inspired some great discussion and writing…the children loved visiting all the different rooms, hearing each bit of the story and using the clay.”
Y2 Teacher

"I had lots and lots of fun on the Easter Trail and I hope we get to go again next year."
Y5 Pupil, Redland High Junior School

"At the end we all got a mini Easter egg to eat on the way back!"
